Technology is confusing enough already. That's why we make our process super clear and easy to understand. Below you'll find the typical steps that we go through in getting to know an organisation for the first time. Our aim, through this process, is to learn as much about you as possible, so that we can best advise your next steps. If we're not a good fit, we'll point you towards someone who is.

In our first meeting, we will first seek to learn as much as possible about your organisation and the digital culture within it. At this point we're aiming to hear how technologically mature you are, and therefore what areas you see for improvement.

Next, we'll spend some time considering the best option for your circumstances and tailor our offering to suit your needs. At this second meeting, we may, for example, recommend that you begin with Surveying if you lack a clear digital strategy.

Finally, once we've agreed upon the best place to start, we can move on to the fun part. We'll introduce you to any new faces on your Zentient team and run you through the process, which will vary, depending upon which of our services you access.
