what you'll be doing

role description

You will orchestrate the delivery of projects by managing organisational resources, personnel and stakeholder relationships, to chart the path forward for the organisation.

Estimated hours: 8-16 hours per week (negotiable)

Estimated wage: $30 per hour (negotiable)

responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Zentient Project Manager will include, but are not limited to:

Identifying and subsequently leveraging improvement opportunities by devising projects and initiatives;
Coordinating team members and stakeholders in both the planning and delivery phases of the project;
Managing and supervising projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
Upholding operational excellence and efficiency through quality assurance and enforcement of standard operating policies and procedures;
Communicating regular project reports to management and other stakeholders; and
Providing ad hoc support to technology consultants.

what we're looking for

experience

Experience in project management or a managerial role is highly desirable.

Knowledge of and familiarity with at least one of many project management frameworks;
Experience leading team members towards achieving measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment;
Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects; and
Familiarity with project and task management software.
