Finding himself increasingly involved in WA’s not-for-profit and innovation sectors, James is driven by a burning desire to build commercial resilience in our local organisations. By building mature digital cultures, I help these NFPs do more good, with less.
As a Tradie, James’ role is to help clients work towards the digital culture blueprint designed by the architect by delivering key pieces of work. This might mean developing an app, or more simply configuring a new software until it is fit for purpose.
Steven loves problem-solving in collaborative and diverse environments. Delivering at the intersection of people and technology, he seeks purposeful work with human connection, especially where that empowers others and alleviates suffering.
In his role as an Architect, Steven is works with clients to map out the elements that exist within the current digital culture – such as systems, data, users and documentation – and for developing a blueprint for what it might look like in the future.
Damon has a wide range of experience spanning from small to large non-profits, ASX-listed companies and law firms in Australia and abroad. Having worked with non-profits for years, he is dedicated to providing positive service and change to the industry.
As a Partner, Damon is an active ambassador for Zentient within the community. Crafting and managing a select portfolio of client accounts, he seeks to build value. Always willing to assist, he is dedicated to your success from the start.
Through prestigious internships within the media industry, Angela has crafted fine storytelling skills. Telling her own story has kindled a genuine interest in enabling spaces for people-to-people connection and meaningful conversation.
As an Honorary Co-Founder, we recognise the profound contribution Angela has made to shaping Zentient during her time with us in 2022. As our first VP People, she can be credited with crafting a remarkable working culture, implementing a pioneering recruitment process and championing our cause.
Tallulah is a passionate social change advocate who is dedicated to enhancing wellbeing. Her NFP experience and knowledge in community development and service design helps her innovate and collaborate with others to drive sustainable change.
As a Site Manager, Tallulah provides ongoing support to clients by working with them to carry out their blueprint for the future. She coordinates on-the-ground projects, tradies, resources and workshops to facilitate the growth of your digital culture.
